The Contracorriente Spiritual Film Festival is an international short film festival that was founded in 2014 with the aim of sharing stories that contain what they consider to be the 9 fundamental spiritual values: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Fidelity, Humility and Self-Control.  The festival categories have a direct connection with four films by the master Andrei Tarkovsky (Stalker, The Mirror, Solaris and Nostalgia) that inspire the emotional journey that the short film's director invites the viewer to undertake through the different genres of animation, fiction and documentary.
